TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

When making a purchase from Naval Broadsides, you are agreeing to accept and abide by the terms and conditions stipulated below. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online Payment  

Online payment to Naval Broadsides can be made by Debit or Credit card via PayPal, which allows the purchaser to buy securely and with confidence. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a purchase, when you reach the Checkout, either select to make payment by an existing PayPal account, or with one of the accepted Credit or Debit Cards.

Cheque

If you prefer to post your order to us with a cheque, please allow time for funds to clear. (We will notify you once this has happened and are ready to despatch your order.) See contact details. 

POSTAGE & PACKING 

A2 size prints will be posted sealed inside super strength 4 in. diameter cardboard tubes.

All postage and packing fees are included in the purchase price.

To avoid damage or multiple loss, all prints will be posted individually.

All items will be delivered via 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, within the UK & Air Mail (Small Packet) worldwide.

RETURNS POLICY 

In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your purchase, it is essential you take the following action, to qualify for a reprint or refund:

1. Notify Naval Broadsides detailing problem within 48 hours of receipt.

2. If you have received the order, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the original packaging. 

Loss

Please notify us In the event of a purchase failing to arrive after 7 days. We will pursue the case with Royal Mail. If they are found to be at fault, a duplicate print will be sent. 

Damage

If an order should arrive with signs of external damage ie the envelope is torn, or the packaging bent, please do not sign for it. If you do sign, you are accepting it in that condition, which will negate any refund. If the damage is only noticeable after unpacking, please return it to Naval Broadsides in its original package within 7 days and we will despatch another print. 

Dissatisfied

If for some other reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return your order in its original condition and packaging within 7 days.

We will either refund your money, or allow you to choose another print or prints to the same value. 

Naval Broadsides will not be liable for any other damage to, or loss of, the print(s) after receipt.
